Catania
Catania, the second largest city in Sicily, rarely receives rave reviews, as it is a place chaotic, marred by noise pollution from construction and uncontrolled. However, it is a fascinating and very vital, that transmits energy and boasts a beautiful old town included among the World Heritage Sites of UNESCO. Grandiose palaces whites and blacks dominate baroque squares and markets in turmoil, and hundreds of bars, clubs and restaurants attract local customers who love fun. Acireale
Main resorts of the Riviera, Acireale stands on a lava terrace leading down to the sea, 17 km north of Catania.
